The Petitioner is seeking direction to expedite the hearing of the Interim Application filed on 17th August 2023 in Domestic Violence Complaint No.DV/261/2023, pending before the Borivali Magistrate's Court. When learned counsel for the Petitioner is inquired about the Interim Application, she could not point out the application from the record, therefore, she seeks liberty to place the copy of Interim Application alongwith the Rojanama pertaining to the said Interim Application on record. 2.

The Petitioner shall place on record the copy of Interim Application within a period of two weeks alongwith the Rojanama. 3.
