Heard Ms. Khandelwal, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

Ms. Khandelwal, learned Counsel submits that very limited relief is sought in this Writ Petition. The Domestic Violence Complaint No. DV/261/2023 has been filed by the Petitioner in the year 2023 and the Interim Application is also filed on 17th August 2023. She submits that, till date, the Interim Application is not decided or even the ad-interim order is also not passed.

Accordingly, in the interest of justice, the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Borivali is requested to decide the Interim Application filed on 17th August 2023 in Domestic Violence Complaint No. DV/261/2023.

Ms. Khandelwal, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, states that two daughters are staying with the Petitioner and the Petitioner is single-handedly maintaining the daughters.

Accordingly, in the interest of justice, the learned Metropolitan Maagistrate, Borivali is requested to dispose of the Interim Application filed in Domestic Violence Complaint No. DV/261/2023 on or before 31st January 2026.

It is clarified that as very limited relief is sought, no notice is issued to the Respondent.

Is is further clarified that this Court has not considered the merits and all contentions on merits are expressly kept open. 8.
The Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
