Learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that he has filed the present Writ Petition for quashing of the proceedings pending before the learned 46th Metropolitan Magistrate's Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai in DV proceedings. It is his contention that the Consent Terms are entered between the parties in the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai and one of the conditions in the Consent Terms is that the Respondent No. 2 undertakes that the DV proceedings pending before the learned 46th Metropolitan Magistrate's Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai will be withdrawn within one week from the date of undertaking. 2.
