1) In the present case, record discloses that the crime in question was registered on 5th September 2010 and chargesheet was filed in the year 2011. The trial Court has framed charge on 12th December 2013, however for last more than 15 years, the said case is pending on the file of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 32nd Court, Bandra, Mumbai, now 32nd Judicial Magistrate First Class for final adjudication. 2) In view thereof, we direct the learned 32nd Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bandra, Mumbai, to dispose of C.C. NO. 177/PS/2011 pending on its file on or before 31st December 2025.
