No. 275 of 2018 registered with Bangur Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, under Sections 354, 509, 506(2), 114 of Indian Penal Code read with Sections 8, 12 and 17 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. 2) Learned APP, on instructions from Ms. Supriya Patil, Senior Police Inspector, submitted that the trial Court has already taken cognizance of the said case and the case is now placed for framing charge on 25th November 2025.

No.(s) 13578 of 2024 dated 15th October 2024, present petition for quashing of First Information Report has become infructuous and it is accordingly disposed off by reserving the remedy in favour of the Petitioner to either challenge the Order of taking cognizance or to file an Application for discharge before the trial Court. 4) Petition is disposed off with aforesaid liberty.
