1) In the morning session, Advocate Mr. Kurlekar submitted that, Mr. Manoj Sabale is in personal difficulty. After perusing the record, we noticed that, Advocate Mr. Budhbhushan Rajratna has also filed joint Vakalatnama with Advocate Mr. Manoj Sabale. When we ask to Advocate Mr. Kurlekar, where is Advocate Mr. Budhbhushan Rajratna, he sought time to take proper instructions and requested this Court to keep the Petition back, to be called out for in the second session.

1.1) In the second session, Advocate Mr. Kurlekar submitted that, both the Advocates on record for the Petitioner are in personal difficulty and 1/2

1.2) Upon a query raised by the Court, he submitted that, Advocate Mr. Budhbhushan Rajratna has gone out of station i.e. at Belapur and Advocate Mr. Manoj Sabale, is in personal difficulty. 1.3) We are having our own doubt about the submissions advanced by Advocate Mr. Kurlekar and are not impressed with it. We are having our own serious doubt about it. However, taking into consideration the fact that, Advocate Mr. Kurlekar is a junior Advocate, by showing latitude to him, we adjourned the matter to 16th October 2025.

2) Stand over to 16th October 2025.
