Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the petitioner's daughter has eloped with a known person and at present she is in custody of that person. He submitted that the petitioner's daughter, as of today, is 17 year and 9 month old. 2.

Considering these submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to add that person as the Respondent No.2. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith.
