P.C:- 1.
The Habeas Corpus Petition filed by the mother alleges that her daughter alongwith minor child, shall be produced before the Court.
In accordance with our earlier orders, corpusMs.Veronica Anthony Chetty alongwith her small child, is present before us. When we interacted with her, she appears to be hale and hearty.

The daughter of the Petitioner inform us that because of the proceedings filed, she alongwith Respondent No.2, with whom she has already married, shifted to Coimbatore and continue to reside there.
2/2 4 WP-6684-24.odt Since she expressed to us that she alongwith her husband are desirous of returning back to Malad, Mumbai with the child, we direct her to furnish her present address in Coimbatore as well as of Malad, where they now intend to stay, to the Investigating Officer.

We are also informed that Respondent No.2 is desirous of joining his wife, who is presently residing at Malad at Valnai Shivgami Nagar, Malad (W), Mumbai, and he may do so within a period of two-three days.
Upon his returning to Mumbai, he is directed to report to Malad Police Station, and we direct the Investigating Officer to record the statement of Respondent No.2 as well as of his wife and also record their residential address, as they intend to stay in Malad.

The Petitioner, the mother, is now satisfied that her daughter is back, as she was worried, since she could not meet the daughter for almost one year.
Today, we also directed the daughter/corpus to share her mobile number with the mother and also advised her that she shall establish contact with the mother, with an understanding that mother shall not take any adverse steps against Respondent No.2, her husband.
With this direction, since nothing survives in the Petition, the same is disposed of.
