PSI R.G. Gujar from Malad police station, present. CORAM : BHARATI DANGRE & SHYAM C. CHANDAK, JJ DATED : 10th NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C:- By order dated 13/2/2025, the Investigating Officer was directed to submit an appropriate report before the Court and this was in the wake of the grievance of the petition that her minor daughter had eloped with the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent inform that an offence was registered against respondent no.2 and he came to be released on bail, subject to the condition that he shall mark attendance with Malad police station.

It is also informed to us that the daughter of the petitioner has now attained majority and therefore, as on date, Tilak

2/2 8 wp 6684-24.doc she is entitled to take a decision whether she wants to stay with her mother or her paramour, but definitely the police cannot raise their hands by saying that she has attained majority and her whereabouts are not known and may be she is with respondent no.2.

At the request of the learned APP, we direct listing of the petition on 12/11/2025, so that he can apprise us about the further developments.
