A Social Activist has lodged an F.I.R. No.0385 of 2024, on 21st December, 2024, with the Mumbai Naka Police Station, District Nashik.

The contents of the F.I.R. tantamount to allegations that the Petitioners have purchased the property from the original owner, by undervaluing the property. The said land is now acquired by the ADN

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 24th February, 2025. The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1. Hamdast granted on request, to serve Respondent No.2.

Considering the above, though the investigation may proceed unhindered, we direct Respondent No.1 to refrain from filing the charge-sheet without the leave of the Court. 4.
