2.1) After appointment of an Advocate, name and mobile phone number of the concerned appointed Advocate be intimated to the Respondent No.2 on her mobile number so also on the address mentioned in the FIR (page No.248 of the Writ Petition No.6719 of 2024), within the same stipulated period.

3) The Assistant Registrar, Criminal Writ Petition Branch, is directed to provide a copy of the Writ Petitions alongwith its annexures, if any, to the learned Advocate, appointed by the High Court Legal Service Committee, Mumbai on production of his Appointment Letter, without any charges in that behalf.

4) Stand over to 12th September, 2025.
