This is a petition seeking quashing of the C.R. being C.R. No. 196 of 2022 registered with the Kalamboli Police Station, Navi Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, by consent of the parties i.e. the petitioners and the first informant. 2.

Since the first informant is not present today, stand over to 25th September 2025.
