Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the dispute has been amicably settled between the petitioners and the respondent No.2. Learned counsel relied on the consent affidavit filed by the respondent No.2, which is at page 246 of the petition. 2.

Respondent No.2 is not present in Court today. The police to depute a person from the police station, so as to inform the respondent No.2 of the next date and to record the statement of the N. S. Chitnis 1/2

4-wp.6722.2024.doc respondent No.2, whether he has filed the consent affidavit in the aforesaid petition. The said statement to be produced before this Court, on the next date.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners to inform the advocate who has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent No.2, of the next date, so as to enable him to appear before this Court on the next date alongwith his client.
