The learned counsel for both sides heard substantially.

The learned Special counsel appearing on behalf of the prosecution makes candid statement that no charge could be framed against the Applicant for the offences under Section 376(ii) of Indian Penal Code ('IPC' for short) and Section 4,8 and 10 of the Protection Of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ('POCSO Act' for short). It is his submission that N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

19-REVN-84-2024.doc however, considering the material on record the charge would be against them for the offences punishable under Section 504, 506, 323 read with Section 34 of the IPC. This statement is accepted as undertaking. The Petitioner is satisfied with the said statement. In view of the above, Petition stands disposed of.
