Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

Learned APP opposed the Criminal Revision Application on the ground that the trial Court as well as the Appellate Court has concurrently held against the applicant. It is submitted that the Appellate Court has partly allowed the appeal to the extent of quantum of punishment thereby modifying and reducing the sentence under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code to one year rigorous imprisonment. 1/2
