It is true that considering the situation prevailing at that time, this Court has granted certain interim relief to the Applicants as per Order dated 28/03/2024. There is oral prayer to grant the similar relief for making payment towards salaries of the employees from the month of April to July.

Today the Deputy Superintendent of Police, who is investigating the offence is not present due to some other difficulty. 4.
Even learned Advocate Mr. Deshmukh wants to file the documents relied upon by him and which are referred in the Order dated 28/03/2024.

Let him file those documents by giving the copy to the other side within one week from today. Learned APP is granted time to take instructions.
