Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant. 2.

The Applicant is convicted by the trial Court for the offences punishable under Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 whereas the Appellate Court maintained the conviction and sentence imposed by the trial Court. Notes of evidence are filed along with Revision Application today. Compilation consisting of proved documents is taken on record.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant invited my attention to

Vinaa Khadpe 2 11-AS-REVN-123-2024.doc few of grounds in the memo of Revision which deals with memorandum of statement of the Accused, consequent discovery, the grounds relating to the weapon seized and the nature of injuries. Ultimately, this Court has to ascertain whether there is illegality in the findings. Applicant is already taken into custody. 4.
