The Applicant herein is challenging an order passed buy the Family Court, Nashik. Mr.Rokade appearing for the Petitioner Husband submits that even though the interim maintenance payable on 27 July 2022 is at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per month to the Wife and Rs.7,000/- per month to the daughter, the Petitioner is unable to pay such a big outstanding amount. The total outstanding amount as of today 1/2

In order to show his bona-fides, the Petitioner is directed to deposit the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in the Family Court, Nashik within a period of four weeks from today. Subject to the Petitioner depositing the said amount of Rs.2,00,000/-, this Court will issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 19 April 2024. Apart from the Court notice, the Petitioner is permitted to serve the Respondent by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the returnable date.
