Mr. Irani appearing for the respondent / wife submits that incorrect statement was made on behalf of the husband before this Court on 20 March 2024. He submits that in 20 March 2024 a sum of Rs.2,30,000/- was outstanding on account of interim maintenance.

Mr. Bansode appearing for the applicant / husband submits that these are false statements and his client has specifically instructed him that only a sum of Rs.72,000/- was outstanding as interim maintenance as on 20 March 2024. Mr. Bansode is directed to clear the outstanding school fees of the child within a period of two weeks from today.

Mr. Bansode is also directed to produce on record the document to show that his client has invested money in mutual fund, after withdrawing the LIC policy. Mr. Bansode so also to place on record a chart to show the outstanding of interim maintenance payable as of today.

Mr. Irani he also directed to produce on record a chart showing that the outstanding is only Rs.2,30,000/-. 5.
