Mr. Bansode, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that as per the Applicant's case arrears of maintenance till 5th March 2025 are about Rs.88,100/-.

On the other hand, Mr. Nandrankar, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 states that the arrears are about Rs.2,50,000/-. 3.
Without prejudice to the rights and contentions, the Applicant to deposit in the account of Respondent No.1 an amount of Rs.30,000/- within a period of 2 weeks from today.

Stand over to 6th May 2025 for ensuring compliance of this Order.

Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 shall forward bank account details of the Respondent No.1 to the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant within a period of four days.
