Heard learned Advocate Shri.Mane for the Applicants. 2.

The Court of Additional Sessions Judge - Solapur have cancelled the bail of these two Applicants as per the order dated 28th March 2024. It is for the breach of the condition No.3 in the order dated 23rd September 2022. Its copy is not filed. Let the Applicants to file its copy.

There are 3 non cognizable complaints registered at Mohol Satish Sangar 1/2

901-REVN-229-2024.doc Police Station and 1 chapter case is initiated. The prosecution claims that, that is how the Applicants have breached the condition. The trial Court cancelled the bail. However, the said order is stayed and it is claimed that it is extended till tomorrow.

Learned APP is not having instructions as an urgent circulation is sought. Let the matter be kept tomorrow on 13th June 2024. Let learned APP to take instructions.
