Yesterday the learned APP is short of instructions therefore the matter is kept today. The stay granted to the Order dated 28th March 2024 is in force till today as submitted by Mr. Mane. The copy of Order granting bail produced by learned Mr. Mane is taken on record. Today representative from the police station is present. However he has not brought the papers which were submitted along with the Application for cancellation.

Let the prosecution to produce necessary papers on record. The stay needs to be continued. Hence the following order : Stay to the operation and effect of the Order dated 28th March 2024 is continued till 21st June 2024 subject to both the Applicants to give attendance to Mohol Police Station on 15th June 2024 and 18th June 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
