Learned APP contends that let this explanation be given to the Investigating Officer and the the Investigating Officer will verify it and give a report to this Court.

In view of that, let the Applicant is at liberty to give this explanation stating in the Affidavit. The Investigating Officer may verify it and may give a report to this Court. 4.

The Applicant is at liberty to request the trial Court to defer framing of charge in view of today's directions. 5.
