As observed in the order dated 27th August 2024, the Applicant has attended the Office of Crime Branch and offered some explanation. The Investigating Officer has given a Report dated 10th September 2024. He is not satisfied with the explanation. That report is taken on record and marked Annexure-X. The copy is given to learned Advocate Shri.Jadhav.

The copy of Financial Audit Report is not there on record. Today, any Officer has not come. Mr.Jadhav assures to file its hard copy.

From their arguments, it reveals that whatever explanation the Applicant could have given to the Investigating Officer, is given. His contention is, he can't be prosecuted by invoking the provisions of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 ("MPID Act").

Now, the Court will decide the Revision Application on the basis of available materials.
