Heard Mr. Shaikh, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. Bardeskar, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1. 2.

Both the learned Counsel state that pursuant to the Order dated 8th May 2025 an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- has been deposited in this Court by the Applicant.

Mr. Bardeskar, learned Counsel for Respondent No.1, states that, however, Respondent No.1 is not able to withdraw the said amount of Rs.5,00,000/- as her bank account is in her maiden name i.e. Jennifer Rosario Guarda. He tenders the details of her bank account. He further states that by another Order dated 8th May 2025 passed in this Criminal Revision Application, the Applicant has been directed to

36-REVN-261-2025.doc deposit an amount of Rs.15,000/- per month in the account of the Respondent No.1. Accordingly, the Applicant is paying the said amount in the said account of the Respondent No.1 standing in her maiden name i.e. Jennifer Rosario Guarda. Mr. Shaikh, learned Counsel for the Applicant confirms the said statement.

Accordingly, the details of the bank account of Respondent No.1 are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 5.

Registry is directed to allow Respondent No.1-wife to withdraw the said amount of Rs.5,00,000/- along with accrued interest, if any, in the maiden name of Respondent No.1 i.e. Jennifer Rosario Guarda. 6.

Stand over to 21st August 2025.
