Mr. Rishabh Tiwari, learned Advocate appearing for the Applicants in Criminal Revision Application No.277 of 2024 states that he has inadvertently appeared in Criminal Revision Application No.390 of 2024 on 8th August 2025 (listed at Serial No.625) instead of appearing in Criminal Revision Application No. 277 of 2024, which was listed on that date at Serial Number 622. 2. Accordingly, list both the Applications i.e. Criminal Revision Application No. 277 of 2024 and Criminal Revision Application No. 390 of 2024 on 2nd September 2025 under the caption "For Speaking to Minutes"." Mr. Tiwari, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants states that inadvertently, he appeared in the matter of Serial No.625 on 8th August 2025 i.e. in Criminal Revision Application No.390 of 2024 and the following order is passed in Criminal Revision Application No.390 of 2024 on 8th August 2025: "1. Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that parties are trying to settle the dispute.

2. Accordingly, stand over to 8th September 2025. To be shown under the caption "For Settlement/For Filing Consent Terms".

Mr. Tiwari, learned Counsel states that the above order should have been passed in Criminal Revision Application No.277 of 2024.

Accordingly, the order dated 8th August 2025 passed in Criminal Revision Application No.277 of 2024 as well as the order dated 8th August 2025 passed in Criminal Revision Application No.390 of 2024 are recalled and in Criminal Revision Application No.277 of 2024, the following order is passed:

1. Learned Advocate appearing for the Applicants states that the parties are trying to settle the dispute.

2. Accordingly, stand over to 8th September 2025. To be listed under the caption of "settlement"/ "Consent Terms".
