Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 seeks time to file affidavit in reply. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent no. 2 is in arrears for an amount of Rs.36,000/-. She further submits that the daughter is around five years old and the applicant has no source of income. She submits that the applicant is required to pay school fees for which she is required to borrow money from her friends and family. Learned counsel for the applicant tenders a schedule of payment of school fees to the learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 on instructions of respondent no. 2 who is present in court submits that according to his calculation only an amount of Rs.18,000/- is required to be paid. He submits that he will pay an amount of Rs.18,000/- by directly transferring the amount to the applicants bank account within two weeks from today. Statement made on behalf of respondent no.2 is accepted as an undertaking to this court.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that he will take necessary instructions regarding payment of school fees. He submits that he will also place on record the calculation regarding payment of entire amount of maintenance as directed by the impugned order. Necessary affidavit to be filed within two weeks with an advance copy to the learned Advocate for the applicants.
