After the matter was heard at some length, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant-wife made a grievance that the interim maintenance for the last three months had not been paid. 2.
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos.2 to 6 on instructions from Respondent No.2 who is present in Court submitted that the said amount will be paid within a period of 10 days from today. He submitted that the Respondent No.2 suffered from dengue and also Respondent No.2's father was unwell and thus the amount was not paid. 1/3

After hearing Learned Counsel at some length, it was put to Learned Counsel for the parties in presence of both their respective clients as to whether their clients would make another attempt to resolve their disputes and differences by way of mediation, specially in view of the fact that parties have a young child of the tender age of 5 years. Both Learned Counsel on instructions from their respective clients submitted that they would be willing to make one further attempt to resolve their disputes and differences. It is thus that I appoint Smt. Justice Anuja Prabhudessai, Former Judge of this Court to act as mediator. Details of Smt. Justice Anuja Prabhudessai, Former Judge of this Court are as under:- Name :

It is made clear that the costs, charges and expenses of the mediation shall be borne equally by the parties. 5.
At this stage, Learned Counsel for the Applicant-wife submits that the school fees for the daughter of the Applicant and Respondent No.2 for the 2/3
3 6-REVN-284-2024.doc period of November, 2024 to March, 2025 is due and payable in the first week of December, 2024. She submits that the details of the same shall be shared with the Respondents.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.2 to 6 submits that his client shall on receipt of the said details make payment of half of the amount.
