Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by the impugned judgement the respondent's petition for divorce has been decreed on the ground of cruelty and her application under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code is allowed. He submits that a substantive family court appeal is already filed by the applicant and is pending before the Division Bench.

He therefore submits that he intends to file an application for getting this criminal revision application listed alongwith the family court appeal. Learned counsel for the applicant is at liberty to file an appropriate application.
