Heard Mr. Rughani, Applicant in-person; Ms. Rughani, Respondent No.1 in-person and Ms. Phad, learned APP for Respondent No.5 - State of Maharashtra.

This Application is being argued by both the parties inperson today. It was listed today at the request made by Applicant since he travels from Indore to argue the present matter. Hence it was listed First on Board.

Respondent No.1 incidentally is a lady who is also appearing in-person. She is the daughter-in-law of Applicant. She would submit

that she has an eleven year old daughter to provide care and support and she resides in Mulund, Mumbai. She makes a request to the Court to appoint an Advocate to espouse and represent her cause as she is unable to afford appointment of Advocate considering her present financial condition. These proceedings are challenge to rejection of Discharge Application and Transfer Application under Section 407 Cr.P.C. Considering that Respondent No.1 has to defend both these Applications, the request made by her is accepted by the Court.

Hence, High Court Legal Services Committee of this Court is directed to appoint Ms. Nishi Singhvi, learned Advocate and Counsel practicing in this Court (Mobile No. 9869677998) to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent No. 1 through the Legal Aid and give her appointment letter to that effect forthwith in accordance with law. 5.

Registry is directed to provide copy of the present Revision Applications to the appointed Advocate Ms. Nishi Singhvi within a period of one week from today so that she can obtain instructions from Respondent No.1 and prepare herself in the matter before the next date.

An extra set of transfer and discharge Applications are handed over to Ms. Phad, learned APP in Court today who appears for the State.

Respondent No.1 makes a request that the matter be placed in January, 2025 in view of the impending examination of her daughter. Request made by her deserves to be considered. 8.
