Heard learned Advocate Mr.Chavan for the Applicant-convicted Accused.

There was a direction to pay compensation of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakh Only) by the trial Court. It was confirmed by the Satish Sangar 1/2

16-REVN-332-2024-IA-1927-2024.doc Appellate Court. The default sentence was suspended on 7th May 2024 on conditions. Rupees One Lakh is deposited. Rupees Two Lakh is to be deposited within eight (8) weeks from the said order. 3.

There is some misunderstanding about the date. Mr.Chavan assures that his client will deposit Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Only) within a period of four (4) weeks. Time granted by way of last chance.

There is no remark about the issuance of a notice by the Office. Let notice be issued returnable on 7th August 2024. Private notice is not served. Let it be served. Affidavit of service be filed. 5.
