REVN 363 of 2024.doc Police Station for an offence punishable under Sections 304A, 279, 337,338, 429 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 184 of the Motor Vehicles Act is suspended on furnishing Personal bond and Surety Bond of Rs. 15000/-. (ii) Bail be furnished before the Court of J.M.F.C., Pen. (iii) The Applicant-Sambhaji Bhagwan Bade be released on bail, if he is not required in any other case.

Interim Application No. 3001 of 2024 is disposed of. 3.
