Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 states that in case, the Applicant requires any medical treatment, then as the Respondent No.1 is in Railway Department, the Applicant can avail medical treatment from the hospitals attached to Railway as well as from private hospitals on the panel of Railway. 2.

The Respondent No.1 who is personally present in Court states that, if any formalities are required to be completed, then he will complete the same. The Respondent No.1 further states that if any amount is required to be deposited with the hospital for the Sonali
