Mr. Shukla states that although the maintenance of Rs.10,000/- has been granted, the same has not been paid for almost 35 months and balance is Rs.3,50,000/-. He states that the Application has been filed before the learned Trial Court i.e. learned J.M.F.C., Thane seeking that the salary of the RespondentHusband be attached. He states that the Respondent is in the Government Service and he is working as Deputy Chief Engineer (Construction), Central Railway.

Accordingly, the learned J.M.F.C., Thane is requested to decide the Application filed for attachment of salary within a period of three weeks from today.
