There are three Applications made before the trial Court. They are as follows:- (a) 1 st April 2024 :- For correcting the evidence of PW No.10. It was rejected on 24th April 2024 for the reason, evidence is correctly recorded. (b) The Application under Section 311 dated 24 th April 2024 :- It is for recalling PW No.10. It is for the same reason, the evidence is not recorded properly.

Both these Applications are rejected as per the order dated 29th May 2024.
