The principal contesting parties to the present Criminal Revision Application are challenging the Revision Application under Section 233 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 of the Revision Applicant are the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the original complainant (complainant's son). Complainant's son has filed Intervention Application which is listed on Board. Today, when the matter is called out for hearing, none appears for the Applicant - Intervenor.

I am informed by Mr. Mahadik that pleadings in the present case are completed.

Stand over to 10th December 2024.

It is clarified that ongoing trial and day to day argument in the trial before the Trial Court shall not be affected by this order and they shall be carried on day to day basis strictly in accordance with law.
