Heard Mr. Panchal, learned Advocate for the Applicants. 2.

The present Revision Application takes exception to the Order dated 29.06.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Court. The present Revision Application was filed on 22.08.2024. It has put up before me by the learned Advocate for the Applicants in view of the exigencies of the warrants having been issued against the Applicants by the learned trial Court and in view of the impugned Order rejecting Discharge Application of the Applicants.

Considering the substantive challenge to the impugned Order dated 29.06.2024 and the grounds mentioned in the Application, the learned trial Court shall not take any coercive steps in executing Anand

17. REVN 502-2024.doc warrants which have been issued against the Applicants in the meanwhile, until the present Revision Application is decided by this Court.
