At the outset, Mr. Khairnar, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 states that arrears are to the tune of Rs.4,85,000/-.

Mr. Moray, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, after taking instructions from the Applicant, states that an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- will be deposited in the account of the Respondent No.1 within a period of one week from today. He further states that further amount of Rs.1,00,000/- will be Sonali
32-REVN-546-2024.DOC deposited in the account of the Respondent No.1 on or before 13th June 2025. These statements made by Mr. Moray, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on the instructions of the Applicant, are accepted as undertakings given to this Court. 3.
It is made very clear that, if the Applicant fails to comply with these statements, then the Criminal Revision Application will be dismissed for non-compliance of the undertakings given to this Court.

In the meantime, no coercive steps be taken.
