Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Applicant will clear the arrears of maintenance amount, which as of today is approximately Rs.7,40,000/-. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant, the Applicant is ready to deposit the full amount within six weeks. The 50% amount will be deposited within four weeks, and 50% amount will be deposited in remaining two weeks. 6.

Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that till six weeks, the Respondent will not seeks adjournment and will not press any applications pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Andheri, Mumbai.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he will not seek an adjournment and will not press the matter pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Andheri, Mumbai. 8.
