Praecipe dated 11.02.2025 has been placed before me. It is in view of the twin orders dated 06.12.2024 and 20.12.2024 when both the orders are read, prima facie it is clear that though the order of the Sessions Court was stayed by this Court on 06.12.2024 recording the issue of deposit, specific directions were given and time was extended.

Subsequent order dated 20.12.2024 also stays the Sessions Court order, however it is clarified that there are no directions given by this Court regarding the issue of deposit in that order.

Parties are at liberty to apply to the Regular Court and argue the Criminal Revision Application in accordance with law. 5.

In view of the above, praecipe is disposed.
