Since the Appeal is of the year 2014, and since the appellant is in custody for 13 years, we direct the Registry to list the Appeal at the end of the Admission Board on 29 February 2024, under the caption, "For Final Hearing" alongwith the paper book prepared in Criminal Appeal No.444 of 2014, to avoid further delay, on account of preparation of a fresh paper book.
