Mr. Yagnik, the learned A.P.P. has taken us through the material which form part of the charge-sheet to establish the connect of the present Appellant with the co-accused from whom the Vision document of 2047 has been seized and this according to him has taken into consideration by this Court in Criminal Appeal No. 883 of 2023. In addition, he has also placed reliance upon the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court in case of Union of India V/s. Barakathullah etc., reported in 2024 SCC OnLine SC 1019, which also revolve around the UAPA and the role being attributed to the members of the PFI, when it was not banned by the Government of India.
