By an order dated 29th August 2024 this court directed the High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai to appoint an advocate from its panel to represent Respondent No.2.

Till date there is no communication received from the Legal Aid Services Authority of appointing any advocate. The Committee shall appoint an advocate from the panel immediately and hand over concerned papers so that Respondent No.2 will be represented effectively before this court.

Stand over to 12th December 2024.
