In regards the Criminal Appeal No. 103 of 2024 which raised the challenge to the order passed by the Special Judge on an application fled by the Senior Inspector of Police, Mumbai, for adding three accused persons, on the ground that the investigation had already revealed that, these are the companies in which the Fixed Deposits were accepted by the Appellants and other arrested persons, but these companies were not inadvertently mentioned in the original charge-sheet. On being confronted that the application by no stretch of imagination seek further investigation, but the involvement of these companies have already come on record through investigation but they were inadvertently left out, the learned counsel seek permission to withdraw his challenge to the order passed by the learned Special Judge on 08.03.2019.
