By an earlier order dated 11.06.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Appeal Nos.883 of 2023 and 206 of 2024, a direction had been issued for completing the trial within one year.

We have perused the report forwarded by the Registrar along with remarks of the aforesaid Sessions Court stating the reasons why extension of time by two years is sought. 4.

Having perused the same, the Court of District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik, is granted extension of time by one year to decide Special (ATS) Case No.24 of 2023. The Registry shall inform the said Court immediately.
