An Application was filed in NIA Special Case No. 2313 of 2023 for interim/temporary bail on account of pregnancy and due delivery of the wife of the Appellant. The said Application was rejected on 02.02.2024 by recording detail reasons. However, we do not intend to test the order on merits, as we find as on date i.e. 12.07.2024, the contingency no longer survive, as his wife must have delivered a child and the child is taken care of.
