I have heard the learned counsel for applicant and ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL learned APP on the point of interim protection and perused the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2024.05.07 17:46:56 +0530 first information report. The alleged abuses on caste are not attributed to the present applicant. The applicant is 84 years old.

In that view of the matter, the applicant shall not be arrested till the next date of hearing.
