The Appellant who is accused in C.R. No.143 of 2024 registered with Turbhe MIDC Police Station, Navi Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 313 & 420 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(w)(i), 3(i)(w)(ii) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has filed this appeal against an order passed by the Sessions Court rejecting his application for anticipatory bail. 2.
