DATED : 26th JUNE, 2024 P.C:- Since Mr.Pasbola, at the outset, states that he is also desirous of challenging the order dated 30/3/2024 i.e. the first extension granted by the Special Judge and inadvertently, it is not included in the prayer clause, hence he seek liberty to amend the prayer.

Let the necessary amendment be effected within a period of one week.
