In the wake of the noting place before us from the Registrar (Judicial - I), refecting that under the orders of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Criminal Appeal No.263 of 2019 alongwith Criminal Appeal Nos. 279 and 602 of 2024 fled at the Principal Seat at Bombay is transferred to Aurangabad Bench to be heard alongwith Criminal Appeal Nos.375, 378, 389 of 2018, 632 and 633 of 2020 and other connected matters pending at Aurangabad Bench.

What we have before us is an Interim Application fled in Criminal Appeal No. 263 of 2019.

In the wake of it being transferred to the Aurangabad Bench, to be decided alongwith the connected Appeals, we refrain ourselves from passing any orders.
